When can I return the product?

Since cpop4u.com products are specially made for IP fans and lovers, they are too unique to be treated like normal products. So we’re afraid that we Do Not accept buyers personal reasons returns after the product was shipped. So please be sure to confirm your purchase and we’re always there to provide you the info you need to know and to help you to find your ideal products

If the return of the product is due to the quality problem, you can apply for a refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the package.

The refund time depends on the payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.

If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

 If you paid by apple pay, refunds will be sent to your apple pay account within 3 business days.

Cancellation 

We do not accept unconditional order cancellation once the payment has been made. You can contact us if you need any help. However, we will give you full refund if the product you purchased is not produced

Returns (if applicable) 

We do not accept unconditional return of products. However, customers can contact us if there is a problem with the products, and have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 Q:Should I be responsible for the return shipping costs when I send back the merchandise?
 A:1. If the customer is dissatisfied with the product for any personal reasons, such as color, size, or style, they shall be responsible for the associated freight and handling charges. We encourage our customers to carefully review the product description and specifications before making a purchase to avoid any miscommunication or misunderstanding.

2. In the event that the wrong product is delivered to the customer, they should promptly notify us and provide clear pictures of the packaged product, including any relevant labels or markings. We will then arrange for the return of the incorrect product and cover all freight and handling charges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate our customers' understanding in such cases.

3. Should the product be found to have any quality issues, such as manufacturing defects, damaged components, or incomplete accessories, the customer should again notify us promptly and provide detailed pictures of the packaged product. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, replace the affected product free of charge. In this case, cpop4u will bear all freight and handling charges to ensure our customers receive a satisfactory shopping experience. We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service and appreciate our customers' cooperation in helping us achieve this goal.


 Q:Am I allowed to return the product without first reaching out to you?
 A:The answer is no.   It is crucial to note that the return address might differ from the original delivery address of your order, hence, please get in touch with us before you send the item back.   Also, please be informed that we cannot ensure a refund unless you get in touch with us.

 

 Q:When can I expect to receive my refund? 
 A:The process of refund for returned items depends on the mode of payment.
[For credit card payments] For credit card payments, the billing amount will be adjusted. The process usually takes around 7 days to complete. Due to deadlines set by the credit card company and other factors, you might be charged the amount prior to the adjustment, but the credit card company will refund you during the subsequent transaction or deal with the matter separately.
