No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and save your address for faster checkout next time.

2. Can I add items to an existing order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot add items to it. Please place a new order. If you'd like to combine shipping for two separate orders, contact cs@cpop4u.com immediately; if neither has shipped, we will try our best to assist.

3. The item I want is "Sold Out." Will it be back?


For limited editions, restocks are unlikely. For standard items, click the "Notify Me" button to receive an email alert the moment it’s back in stock.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Is my payment information secure?

3. Why was my payment declined?

🚢 International Shipping & Tracking

1. How long does shipping take?



Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days.

Express Shipping (DHL): 3–7 business days.

Note: These are estimates. Clearance through customs may occasionally cause delays.



2. I received a tracking number, but there is no update.



Tracking info usually takes 24–48 hours to "sync" once the courier scans the package. If there is no update after 5 business days, please reach out to us.

3. My package is marked as "Delivered," but I don't have it.

1. Why is the box slightly damaged?



The "Outbox" is designed to protect the internal product. According to official manufacturer policies, minor damage to the outbox (dents, scratches, or discoloration) does not qualify for an exchange or refund.

2. Are miHoYo / Bilibili ect items official?



Yes. We are authorized resellers. All items come in their original official packaging, often with anti-counterfeit holographic stickers.

1. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Our products at cpop4u.com are unique items specially crafted for IP fans. Because of their specialized nature, we do not accept returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, style, or color preference) once the product has shipped. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before purchasing.

2. What if there is a quality issue or the wrong item is delivered?

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damaged components, or if we sent the wrong item, you are entitled to a return or replacement:

  • Timeframe: You must apply for a refund/return within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Proof: Please provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and relevant labels.
  • Shipping Costs: For quality issues or incorrect deliveries, cpop4u will cover all freight and handling charges.
