How long does it take for the delivery?

It depends on which shipping method you are choosing for theparcel.

UPS/DHL : 3-10 business days

EMS : 5-10 business days

Registered Small Packet : 20-40 business days

The specific transportation time depends on the transportation situation, so we cannot determine how long it will take.

I paid, but I didn't get any confirmation email, what happened?

A payment confirmation email may not be sent if the payment isnot completed successfully due to a payment error, or if the emailis registered as spam mail.  Please proceed with re-payment orspam mail.  You can check your purchase details when you paynormally in 'Order History!

Should I be responsible for the return shipping costs when I send back the merchandise?

- If the customer is dissatisfied with the product for any personal reasons, such as color, size, or style, they shall be responsible for the associated freight and handling charges. We encourage our customers to carefully review the product description and specifications before making a purchase to avoid any miscommunication or misunderstanding.

- In the event that the wrong product is delivered to the customer, they should promptly notify us and provide clear pictures of the packaged product, including any relevant labels or markings. We will then arrange for the return of the incorrect product and cover all freight and handling charges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate our customers' understanding in such cases.

- Should the product be found to have any quality issues, such as manufacturing defects, damaged components, or incomplete accessories, the customer should again notify us promptly and provide detailed pictures of the packaged product. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, replace the affected product free of charge. In this case, cpop4u will bear all freight and handling charges to ensure our customers receive a satisfactory shopping experience. We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service and appreciate our customers' cooperation in helping us achieve this goal.

Am I allowed to return the product without first reaching out to you?

The answer is no.   It is crucial to note that the return address might differ from the original delivery address of your order, hence, please get in touch with us before you send the item back.   Also, please be informed that we cannot ensure a refund unless you get in touch with us.

When can I expect to receive my refund? 

The process of refund for returned items depends on the mode of payment.
[For credit card payments] For credit card payments, the billing amount will be adjusted. The process usually takes around 7 days to complete. Due to deadlines set by the credit card company and other factors, you might be charged the amount prior to the adjustment, but the credit card company will refund you during the subsequent transaction or deal with the matter separately.
